Protein Bars


2 cups Medjool dates
¾ raw cashews
¼ sugar-free peanut butter/almond butter
½ desiccated coconut flakes
2 scoops O Nutricia collagen peptides powder
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp salt

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Line a 30cm rectangle dish with parchment paper.
Step 2
Put all the ingredients into a food processor, blend until smooth and clumps into a ball.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into the lined dish. Firmly press the mixture with your hands into the dish. You can use parchment paper to press the mixture flat.
Step 4
Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins. Cut into rectangle pieces with a plastic knife.
Step 5
5. Store in refrigerator in an air tight container.
