Grain Free Warm Porridge


1 Tbsp sunflower seeds

2 Tbsp desiccated coconut

1 Tbsp golden flax seeds

¼ cup almond flour

1 Tbsp O Nutricia collagen peptides

1 Tbsp coconut oil/butter

½ tsp vanilla extract

200ml cup boiling

50ml coconut cream or almond milk

Pinch of salt

Sweeten to taste with honey/xylitol/erythritol

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Finely ground dry ingredients in a blender.
Step 2
Add boiling water and coconut oil/butter to blender and
blend until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the porridge into a bowl; add your fruits on top.
Step 4
You can add milk and sprinkle garnish with some
cinnamon. To make a chocolate version just add 1 Tbsp
cocoa powder.
