Chicken Balls With Baby Barrow

Serves: 4-5


500g ground chicken breast
2 cups grated baby marrow (leave peel on)
2-3 green onions, sliced
3-4 Tbsp parsley, minced
Two scoops O Nutricia collagen
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
(optional: ¾ tsp cumin)
1 Tablespoon of olive oil, for cooking (or coconut oil, or ghee)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Mix chicken with baby marrow, collagen, green onion, cilantro, garlic, salt, and pepper (and cumin, if using). Mixture will be quite wet.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Use a small scoop or a heaped tablespoon to scoop Chicken balls into the pan. Cook for about 5-6 min. Flip and cook an additional 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and the centers are cooked through.
Step 3
Serve with guacamole, salsa, or fresh crème.
