Chia Pudding


1 cup coconut milk
3 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp Xylitol or honey
1 scoop O Nutricia collagen peptides

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together.
Step 2
If you want to do layers of colour. Take ½ cup of the mixture
and add one 1 tsp matcha powder.
Step 3
Place into the refrigerator, leave overnight.
Step 4
In a 250ml glass, scoop the white mix then layer with green
mix. Keep doing this until you reach the top. Sprinkle some
nuts or fruit puree.
