Caramel Collagen Pancakes

Ingredients

1 scoop Onutricia Collagen

2 bananas

2 eggs

½ cup oats (milled to create oat flour)

¼ cup milk

¼ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp nutmeg

½ tsp bicarb

½ tsp caramel essence (Woolworths)

A pinch of Oryx salt

1 Tbsp oil

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Add all of the ingredients apart from the oil into a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Heat a frypan over medium heat and add the oil.
Step 3
Pour the batter into the pan
Step 4
Once the batter starts to bubble, flip over and cook until both sides are golden. Place onto a plate and top with berries, maple syrup or honey and cinnamon.

Best served warm.
