O Nutricia Collagen Smoothies


1 scoop O Nutricia collagen powder
50ml full cream milk or almond milk
1 Tbsp raw cacao
1 tsp honey to taste or stevia
125ml water
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1Tbsp milled flaxseeds or chia seeds

Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until
smooth and creamy.
In summer add 3-4 ice cubes

Smoothie Variations

Nutella Smoothie:
Add 1 Tbsp almond nut butter together with the 1 Tbsp of cacao in the recipe.
Anti- inflammatory Golden smoothie:
Great for the liver and has anti-inflammatory add ½ tsp of Turmeric to the recipe.
Chai Smoothie:
Make chai tea in the 125ml boiled water, let cool and then blend with the other ingredients, add ½ cinnamon powder.
Add a handful of berries (your choice) and blend together with the other ingredients.
Peppermint Crisp:
Add 1 Tbsp of cacao, 1 Tbsp of chocolate nibs and 2 leaves of
mint. It helps with the digestion.
Moca Java Smoothie:
Add 1 Tbsp coffee to the recipe which has the 1 Tbsp
Super Greens:
Handful of baby spinach, a ½ small avo and blend with other ingredients (can add one Tbsp of greens powder.
