Coconut Con Zucchini LCHF Bread

Ingredients

7 small eggs
2 scoops Onutricia Collagen peptides
½ cup butter unsalted
Pinch of salt
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 Tbsp fresh oregano
½ tsp garlic flakes
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven 180 C
Step 2
Line a small greased bread loaf pan with baking paper.
Step 3
Wet ingredients: mix eggs, butter, zucchini and apple cider with a spatula.
Step 4
In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients.
Step 5
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix with a spatula
until well combined.
Step 6
Pour mixture into greased lined loaf pan.
Step 7
Bake for 60 minutes or until cooked.
