First and foremost, I seriously need to start off by keeping it real with you lovelies. When I was initially approached to review the Onutricia Collagen, I must admit I was rather sceptical. Truth be told, even though COLLAGEN is the latest buzzword and trend in the wellness world, I had little, to no knowledge of the product.
Collagen is readily available in your blood, bones, cartilage, ligaments, muscles and skin. Boasting an extensive range of benefits, it’s no wonder people are supplementing their daily diets with a dose of collagen. Collagen definitely seems to be the key to all-round vitality and wellness.

Tried & Tested
While I couldn’t put all of the above to the test, I have indeed tried Onutricia Collagen over the past month and a half. To better substantiate my review, I decided to photographically document the condition of my skin from 23 August 2018. In a very short space of time, there is indeed a noticeable improvement in my skin. Two weeks after starting with the collagen I have numerous compliments about how my skin in glowing. I hadn’t noticed but people around me did.
In addition to the above, I have to admit that my nails are actually growing and stronger. I can feel an increase of new baby hair on my scalp. I have extremely thin hair and this won’t be rectified overnight as my thinning hair is a genetic condition. My injured foot is also definitely on the mend and while I can’t fully credit my recovery to Onutricia collagen, I’m convinced that the combination of the use of collagen, physio and rest has seen my foot heal quicker than expected.
Collagen comes in three forms. Types I and III are commonly used to support healthy hair, skin, nails, tendons, bones, and ligaments. Type I is the most abundant protein in the human body and the main protein found in all connective tissue. Type II is commonly used to support joint and cartilage health.
