Caramel Collagen Pancake Recipe


1 scoop of O Nutricia Collagen

2 bananas

2 eggs

½ cup oats (milled to create oat flour)

¼ cup milk

¼ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp nutmeg

½ tsp bicarb

½ tsp caramel essence (Woolworths)

a pinch of Oryx salt

1 tbsp oil


1. Add all of the pancake ingredients apart from the oil into a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the oil.

3. Pour the batter into the pan.

4. Once the batter starts to bubble, flip over and cook until both sides are golden.

5. Place onto a plate and top with berries, maple syrup or honey and cinnamon


Best served warm.
